Declaration

The undersigned, as the person responsible for the identified invoicing software system, DECLARES that:

1. Regulatory Compliance

The Ulula system complies with the technical and functional requirements established in:

• Royal Decree 1007/2023, of November 8, which approves the Regulation establishing the requirements that software systems or electronic programs supporting the invoicing processes of entrepreneurs and professionals must adopt.
• Order HAC/1177/2024, of October 17, which develops the technical specifications for invoicing software.

2. System Guarantees

The system guarantees:

• Integrity and immutability of invoicing records through the use of chained hashes and electronic signatures.
• Accessibility and readability of all records during the legally established retention period.
• Traceability of all modifications made to invoicing records.
• Adequate preservation of data in accordance with legally established timelines.
• Event logging of all relevant system operations.

3. VeriFactu Capability

The system has the capability to operate as a VERI*FACTU system, enabling:

• Automatic generation of invoicing records in XML format in accordance with technical specifications.
• Electronic signing of records using a valid digital certificate.
• Automated, real-time submission of records to the Spanish Tax Administration Agency (AEAT).
• Generation of QR codes with the required information on each invoice.

4. Non-Manipulability

The system does not allow the alteration, modification, or deletion of invoicing records without leaving an auditable trail, ensuring the integrity chain of the data.

Legal Framework

This declaration is made in compliance with Article 13.1 of the RRSIF:
