How to delete your Ulula account

If at any point you want to unsubscribe and permanently delete all your Ulula data, follow these steps:

In the app, tap the profile icon (in the bottom menu).

Select delete account and access the deletion flow.

For security, we'll ask you to re-enter the email address associated with your account. Once valid, the delete account button will be enabled.

When the email field is correct, you'll see the Delete account button unlocked.
Tap it and confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog.

When you delete your account:

All your data and associated content will be permanently deleted.
You will lose access to all services and features that require an active account.
If you decide to return in the future, you'll need to create a new account from scratch and won't recover your previous information.
